Appointment times range from 8a-6p. (Daylight Permitting) 

Our route and timing is planned logistically. Please select the earliest timeslot available on your respective date and our team will coordinate. 

If you plan to attend, please notify in response to our confirmation email so that we can plan for, and notify you of, any variance in timing.


For streamlined communications we request the Name, Phone, and Email of the Client, Buyer Agent, and Listing Agent.

This keeps everyone in the loop by providing them the relevant information.

After submitting your information, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Promptly, our team will email you with your inspection time and a link to your Home Inspection Dashboard.

There you’ll find our Inspection Agreement, Invoice, & later, your inspection reports.

After viewing your report you may want to use the available report tools.

We encourage you to save the report as a PDF for your records. (Pictured Below)

In the Top Right-Hand corner of the report, you can choose Agent Tools to be able to pull the text from the report to apply to transaction correspondence.
